Biskut ni senang je nak buat,cepat siap n bahan pun tak banyak.Resepi saya ambik dari group ni jugak tapi saya adjust sikit ikut selera saya.hihihi

Resepi Biskut Cornflakes Crunchy Krup Krup Krup
250gm butter/majerin
100gm gula aising
200gm tepung gandum
50gm tepung jagung
1 sudu kecil esen vanila
Cornflakes secukupnya
Cara
Pukul butter & gula sehingga sebati n nampak berkrim. Gaul pakai senduk je
Pastu masukkan esen vanila dan tepung yang dah di ayak. Gaul hingga sebati (adunan memang lembik ye)
Masukkan cornflakes dalam mangkuk dan ramas sedikit.sudu kan adunan tepung ke dalam cornflakes dan golek2 kan.hias dengan ceri/kismis/choc chip ikut suka.masuk dalam oven dan bakar smp masak.suhu 160c 20-15 minit ikut oven masing masing.

*Adunan memang lembik,tak perlu tambah tepung.nak mudah,masuk dalam piping bag (refer gambar kat komen)
*Adunan akan mengembang mase masak,jadi jangan sudukan / paip adunan besar-besar sangat n jarak kan k.
*Nak sedap lagi gune honey cornflakes
*Nak elakkan cornflakes lemau,jangan masuk banyak2 dlm mangkuk mase sudukan/paipkan adunan.buh sikit2 dulu.

Stuffed Crust Pizza

INGREDIENTS

Servings: 4
1 cup water, warm
1 0.25-ounce packet dry active yeast
½ teaspoon sugar
2½ cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
8-9 sticks string cheese
Pizza sauce, to preference
Shredded mozzarella, to preference
Toppings of preference (we used pepperoni and basil)
¼ cup butter, melted
1 tablespoon garlic salt

PREPARATION

# Preheat oven to 425°F/220°C.
# Combine water with sugar and yeast, mix thoroughly and let bloom for 5-10 minutes.
# Add flour, salt, and olive oil, and mix thoroughly until a dough forms. Cover and rest for 30 minutes.
# Sprinkle flour over a baking sheet, and transfer dough to the baking sheet. Roll out dough to form a circle.
# Line string cheese along the edges of the crust. Fold dough over the string cheese, making sure to securely tuck it under to ensure the cheese doesn’t leak out.
# Top crust with marinara, mozzarella, and toppings of choice. Brush crust with butter and top with garlic salt.
# Bake 15-20 minutes, until crust is golden brown.

Peanut Butter Banana Brownies

bahan2 :

2 ripe bananas
1 cup sugar
½ cup, plus 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¾ cup flour
¼ cup, plus 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
⅛ teaspoon salt
½ cup smooth peanut butter

PREPARATION

1. Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.
2. In a bowl, use a fork to mash the bananas. Add the sugar, ½ cup of butter, and vanilla, and whisk until combined. Add the flour, salt, and cocoa powder, and whisk until fully incorporated.
3. Use the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter to grease a 9x9-inch baking tray.
4. Use the remaining 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder to dust every side of the baking tray.
5. Pour batter into prepared baking dish.
6. Use a spoon to add dollops of peanut butter on top of the batter. Use a butter knife to swirl the peanut butter into the brownie batter.
7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until center no longer jiggles when pan is shaken.
8. Allow brownies to cool completely before cutting.
