Struggling

Struggling is Mandatory but
Suffering is Optional..
Growing Old is Mandatory but
*Growing Up * is Optional

Betul ke .... I don't think so, to me Growing Up is a MANDOTARY.  We can childish sometime terutama with kids but Growing Up is a MUST.
